A Contribution to the Investigation of Coated Tools Application for the Forming and the Cutting Process

In this paper are shown some results of investigation at forming and cutting machining process. The focus was on tool durability with and without TiN coating by application PVD technology. In examples are varied essential cutting and refinement parameters. The achived results are used for rationalization of production.
