Croatian experiences in Management and Absorption of the EU Pre-Accession Funds
Once Croatia becomes a Member State of the European Union, it will start implementing the EU Cohesion policy. Through the Instrument of Pre-accession Assistance (IPA), Croatia is preparing for the implementation of Cohesion policy, as IPA to a large degree follows the principles of structural funds and the Cohesion Fund. This is way experience gained and lessons learnt during implementation of pre-accession funds are of high importance for better preparation for structural and Cohesion funds.
