Regulatory Framework as an Influence on Organizational Identity
Regulatory framework has a strong impact on organizational identity. Different regulatory frameworks within the 28 Member States have impact on freedom of establishment and regulatory competition within the internal market of the European Union. There is also an important issue of supranational forms like Societas Europaea where possibilities through change of legal identity have a strong influence on organizational identity. There is a range of possibilities of the corporate governance within the EU Member States. When changing the identity, it should be borne in mind that there is a strong relation between legal and organizational issues and that economic and legal analysis is the best tool in deciding which option suits the best as "one size" doesn't fit all and regulatory issues should be implemented in manner that ensures all stakeholders and attracts investors.
