Intense efforts to unwanted transfer of energy through the building envelope minimized led to the development of new technical systems envelope buildings with innovative and sophisticated character, especially a dynamically active character. In such embodiment, the calculation of heat transfer through such a envelope, could not be based on stacinarnom constant coefficient of heat transfer ie. U-value. Through the display of dynamic characteristics of heat transfer, the paper is therefore wants to point out deficiencies of the existing procedures and algorithms of calculating the heat transfer coefficient of active building envelope. They have to be supplemented and corrected in a manner that realistically takes into consideration dynamics of the heat transfer through the active and interactive building glass envelope.
