An analysis of evolutionary anisotropic constitutive model based on Karafillis-Boyce stress function
In the present paper, experimental data related to the alternation of yield stresses and Lankford parameters in uniaxial straining for EN10130 DC06 sheet steel are considered. The capability of the orthotropic non-quadratic Karafillis-Boyce stress function in predicting the directional dependences of the considered uniaxial plastic material properties under associated or non-associated flow rule is analyzed. Based on the principle of the plastic work equivalence, anisotropic parameters of the Karafillis-Boyce function are established as the functions of the equivalent plastic strain. The capability of the developed evolutionary model in predicting the distortion of the yield function and plastic potential with ongoing deformation process is analyzed.
