ALSTOM project report: Conceptual Design for New EGH

Identify actionable root causes of the failure of a product or a process. List of the activities includes building root-cause model of the system and identification of the core problems that cause the failure, and revision of the problem statements. This is followed by analysis of the key parameters and by resolving contradictions between them. As the final step, new technical solutions are proposed.
