Requirements of EU Membership and Legal Reform in Croatia

The author claims that the countries of Central and Eastern Europe that have signed an Agreement on Association and Stabilization with the EU need a reform to facilitate an interaction between the national law and the EU Law. This may lead to a direct implementation of the Community law or/and the association law.
