Upravljanje površinskim vodama primjenom kombiniranog pristupa / Combined approach to surface water management
KKombinirani pristup ODV-a je ključni element integralnog upravljanja vodama radi odabira optimalnog prijamnika otpadnih voda UPOV-a i postizanja dobrog stanja voda. Primjena kombiniranog pristupa nastala je radi objedinjavanja pristupa EQS-a i ELVS-a, uz odgovarajuću tehnologiju pročišćavanja otpadnih voda radi postizanja okolišnih ciljeva riječnog sliva. Korištenje kombiniranog pristupa ODV-a nedovoljno je operativno, pa je u Hrvatskoj donesena Metodologija kombiniranog pristupa. Smjernice zona miješanja i prognostičkih modela EU-a pridonose primjeni kombiniranog pristupa uz operativni i istraživački monitoring. Problem je primjene prikazan na primjerima prijemnika UPOV-a u slivu rijeke Save. Cilj rada je kritička analiza i doprinos praktičnoj provedbi kombiniranog pristupa. The WFD combined approach is a key component of integrated water management in order to select the optimum wastewater recipient of the WWTP and forachieving good water status. The use of the combined approach was created to unify EQS and ELVSapproaches, with appropriatewastewater treatment technology, in order to achieve the environmental objectives in the river basin. Using theWFD combined approach is not sufficiently operational, so in Croatia theCombined approach methodology is adopted. Guidelines for mixing zone and prognostic models of the EU contribute to the implementation of the combined approach with operational and investigative monitoring. The problem of application is presented on WWTP recipient examples in the Sava River Basin. The aim of this paper is critical analysis of the contribution of the practical implementation of the combined approach.
