Development and managing of the career within an organization – Case JGL
Career is one of the biggest aspects in a person’s life it represents an individual’s journey through learning work and aspects of life. The goal of this paper is to explain how an organization manages and develops the career of its employees in order to get competent and skillful workers. It describes the planning process of the career thru different programs and phases and how managers and highly positioned people within an organization motivate their employees so they can reach their full capacity in order to achieve their own goal and goals of the organization. The stated theoretical part is described thru the business of the Croatian pharmaceutical company JGL where it can be seen what methods to they use in order to educate, reward and advance the career of their employees.
