Kinanthropometric analysis of morphologies of differently physically active gropu of students

Morphological status of person is highly correlated to person’s health, with development of motorical and functional abilities and its importance is rather high. Determination of body composition is imperative for any coach or teacher who wants to plan properly sports or teaching process and to predict the range of sports and athletes score. If it comes to recreation, children, or as in this case students, it is recommended to use simple and cheap ways of measuring and determining the fat or muscle mass, which are efficient and reliable in indication of health problems that are closely associated with a high percentage of fat ballast. A high percentage of children and young people who have problems with diabetes mellitus type or cardiovascular system often have above average amount of body fat. Comparing different groups of respondents and their living habits and preferences, as was done in this paper, it clearly indicates the importance of regular physical activity and its impact on the body composition and prevention of disease.
