Accuracy Analysis of Geometric, Trigonometric and GNSS Height Difference Levelling
Establishment of 3D cadaster in Republic of Croatia is in our near future. There will be need for vast and more accurate vertical data. Methods that fulfill geodetic demands on height or height difference levelling are geometric, trigonometric and GNSS levelling (with the use of CROPOS). For the needs of comparison of accuracy of listed methods, a testing field in the City of Rijeka, Croatia, was set in the form of closed levelling traverse consisted of 12 points. Height differences between traverse points were determined by the means of all abovementioned methods. Because of well-known high accuracy of geometric levelling, height differences determined by geometric levelling method were set as reference values. Height differences determined by trigonometric and GNSS levelling are compared to reference values. Internal and external estimations of accuracy of conducted levelling are given.
