Specific characteristics of professional aerobics instructors
Modern aerobic today is, undoubtedly, in all the developed countries in the world one of the most widespread and one of the most popular forms of physical exercising. This holds especially for the population of womwn of almost all age groups, but also for men, who engage in various types of aerobics more and more frequently. No other sport activity, apart from aerobics, requires from an instructor or from a coach such an engagement, both physical and intellectual, as is the case with aerobics instructors. Each of the existing types of aerobics demands from an instructor the whole series of characteristics. An aerobics instructor must be 'a living kinogram' that communicates with the exercisers. Each instructor who works in this way spends a large amount of energy, primarily because of the physical stress, but also because of high mental stress. Consequences of such a job are two-fold - positive and negative. In order to have a correct attitude towards their work, it is necessary for the instructors to have a quality training.
