Sažetak Propisi za dopuštenu emisiju štetnih komponenata motornih vozila s Ottovim motorom s vremenom postaju sve stroži. U tome prednjači Kalifornija koja za budućnost donosi propise pod nazivom SULEV i P-ZEV. Pritom je najteža zadaća dostići propisane granice dopuštene emisije neizgorjelih ugljikovodika. U ovom radu obrađuju se mjere koje, pored već dosada poznatih mjera, rezultiraju emisijom HC koja udovoljava propisima SULEV. Mjere se sažimaju u četiri osnovne grupe. Te grupe mjera obuhvaćaju mjere na samom motoru za smanjenje sirove emisija HC iz motora, brže aktiviranje katalizatora, precizniju regulaciju bogatstva smjese i primjenu HC-adsorbera za zadržavanje ugljikovodika dok katalizator ne postane aktivan. Opisuju se detalji navedenih mjera i rezultati poduzetih mjera u odnosu na emisiju HC pri provođenju FTP-75 testa. Abstract Regulations regarding allowed harmful emissions from vehicles with Otto engines are becoming increasingly strict. This is most evident in California where regulations entitled SULEV and P-ZEV are to be accepted in the future. The most difficult task is to achieve the stipulated limitations of the allowed emission of unburned hydrocarbons. This paper analyses the measures which, apart from the up-to-now known measures, result in the emission of HC which meets the SULEV regulations. The measures are divided into four basic groups. These groups of measures include measures on the very engine for the reduction of raw HC emissions from the engine, faster activation of the catalyst, more precise regulation of the mixture richness, and application of the HC-adsorber for keeping the hydrocarbons until the catalyst becomes active. The details are described of the mentioned measures and the results from the undertaken measures compared to the HC emission in carrying out the FTP-75 test.
