Abstract:
In recent years, mostly due to unbalanced diet, number of cardiovascular diseases, eating disorders and obesity increased. Proper nutrition depends both on the quality of food that we are eating and on the way that food is prepared and cooked. Therefore, steam cooking gains interest in more scientific researches and according to professionals seems to be the best choice to prepare food.
