Abstract:
This chapter provides an analytic review of the basic concepts of Croatian criminal law. First part reviews with the principle of legality. Second part deals with principles concerning the territorial applicability of criminal Statutes (with special emphasis on the universality principle). Third part analyses with the criminal offence and its elements. Fourth part deals with criminal sanctions (punishments and security measures). The last part reviews the selected offences from the special part.
