This chapter discusses the new approach as well as the structural and organizational changes related to the process of adjustment of higher education system to the Bologna process at the postgraduate level, with an emphasis on programs in South East Europe, and particularly on PhD program at the University of Zadar, Croatia. Furthermore, in this chapter a critical review of the current outcomes will be given and the plans for the future will be presented.
