Most often in the course of hot pressing of pipes glass greasings which on a hot surface form a viscous dividing layer are applied. It is established, that surface clearing before greasing drawing raises quality of pipes which press. Better quality of metal pipes is received at clearing by alkaline solutions with polymeric phosphates of various structure and use of glass greasings with superficially – active oxides.
