UN started with MDG (Millennium Development Goals) 10 years ago. Problems addressed in goals achievements are meant to solve world’s biggest problems. This paper proposed ICT solution which will help in addressing problem no.1. „The end of world poverty“. It helps economists in decision making and the expert system architecture system is proposed. Proposed system has ability of self-learning in order to address a lot of exceptions and personalize economics of different countries. It is compared to existing solutions and benefits over them are discussed. |
