Šest sigm v razvoju postopka izdelave

The paper deal with applications of Six Sigma methodology in process design. The paper gave an introduction of Six Sigma methodology. On the example of compressor housing machining is explained process design and development in Cimos facility in Buzet and possibilities of some Six Sigma tools applications. Primary are process map and cause and effect matrix used. Modified process design flow with incorporate applications of mentioned tools are shown, comparison of old and modified process design flow are made and achieved results are commented.
