Schwannomas are extremely rare in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. A case is described of a patient with schwannoma of the nose and paranasal sinuses which had the appearance of a polyp. The best treatment option is surgery. Problems with regard to diagnostics and incidence of schwannomas are presented in the extensive review of literature.
