Sažetak:
The paper presents the general review of the new form vehicles in Croatian shipbuilding, as well as the possibility of a new metal material application in their production, especially their shot-peening process application efficiency for the purpose of increasing of their fatigue life in production of vital vessel's construction elements and its carring capacity properties. In addition the description of optimal shot-peening parameters selection is presented with the purpose of a correct realization the shot-peening process application.
