Modeling and Simulation of Cutting Force
Process of chip machining is determined by many parameters of process, tools, machine, thermal and tribological state. Elements of process are: depth of cutting a, cutting feed s and speed v. From the point of directing process, it is very important to maintain force of chip machinings in allowed limits, because on that way we attain appropriote quality of machining and keeps tools from many damages (breaking, tool wear, spending energy, etc.). In this work modelling and simulation of force during process of turning is shown, on basis of this, mathematic model in component of cutting force in dependence of elements of regimes process is given: F1 = f(v, s, a) and F2 = f (v, s, a).
