Communication view on some problem situations in working circles - applying mathematical games theory with non-zero sum.

Mathematical games are theoretically divided on games with zero result and games with non-zero result. Those theories have very spread application in different sciences. in case of games with non-zero result, the profit of one opponent doesn't necessary mean the loss at the other. So, it seems convenient to apply this theory in explanation management process, trying to describe relationship between the employee and the manager. Namely, the manager and the employees could be oriented with priority on the success of the working task, or on positive social and emotional relationships between all. In this article are showed potential profits and losses in four hypothetic situations, raised by dichotomisation of the relationship between the employee and the manager, and by orientation on the working success or on positive social and emotional relationships. Additionally, an example with relationship between pre-school teachers and children's parents is given, in the circumstances of two orientations: on seeking for the cooperation, or trying to be sustained.
