First record of the red-mouthed goby, Gobius cruentatus (Gobiidae), in the Black Sea

Eight specimens of the red-mouthed goby Gobius cru e n t a t u s Gmelin, 1789 were collected at the southeast coast of the Black Sea. The present finding is the first record for the Black Sea and provides data on morphology and ecology of the Black Sea specimens.
