Dispositional resistance to change across cultures
While extant research indicates dispositions and conditions in which adapting to change could be easier, and could involve less resistance, these indications have not been examined from a cross-cultural perspective. By adopting such a cross-cultural perspective, this paper focuses on the construct of dispositional resistance to change and considers the validity and meaningfulness of the construct across 17 countries.
