Possibility of Numerical Coding of DNA Nucleotides for Digital Holographic Processes
This paper presents a new method for numerical coding of DNA strain of Escherichia Coli (EC) while using digital holography. Mathematical model of holographic data processing is presented and explained. Gaussian quantitative weighted code has been used for coding basic nucleotides. Comparison is made between EC DNA and reconstructed DNA strain made from hologram. Experiment that simulates DNA damage is conducted. Holograms of damaged DNA strain and correct DNA strain are constructed. Both holograms are compared and the difference hologram is calculated by subtracting both holograms. Reconstructions are made from hologram of correct DNA, hologram of DNA with damage and difference hologram. All experimentaly obtained results are analyzed from the coding theory standpoint.
