Sažetak:
In order to yield better mechanical properties of QStE 380 TM microalloyed steel grade, the optimization of the rolling process in laboratory experiment and mill trials were carried out. For the purpose of optimizing the rolling process parameters, the studies involving simulation of reheating temperature, rolling process conditions in austenite recrystallization and nonrecrystallization temperature region, and coiling conditions were conducted. The influence of chosen temperature and rolling parameters on mechanical properties has been investigated of tensile tests and optical metallography of austenite and ferrite-perlite structure.
