Croatia expressed its determination for sustainable development and environmental protection, thus contributing to the reduction of global climate change. Regardless of the good will, there are a number of roadblocks and obstacles in front of Croatian public administration for the development of long term climate policy goals, as well as for their implementation through different policies and required public reforms for Croatian accession in the EU.
