Local Residuals Monitoring, Part A, version 2, Technical Note D1-WP1, Improvement and Updates of the COPPEF Code II

This technical note describes the proposed approach for the implementation in COPPEF of local residuals monitoring. It corresponds to subtask 2 of the task 1, workpackage 1 in the workprogramme “Improvement and Updates of the COPPEF Code, Part 2”. In the remaining tasks of this workpackage the proposed local residuals monitoring method shall be applied to the COPPEF code.
