Sažetak:
The author conducted the investigation on changes in the structure, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of a copper-tungsten, copper-molybdenum, copper-molybdenum-zirconium-yttrium, copper-chromium and copper-carbon composites for electrical contacts, which is obtained by the electron beam physical vapour deposition (EB-PVD) technicque, depending on the content of refractory components and technological factors. New morphological peculiarities of the condensed composites that cause changes in the material properties are found. The conditions for the formation of structural defects are studied along with their effect on the mechanical properties and fracture behavior during tensile tests.
