Accreditation of HV testing laboratory according to HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2007 in the field of periodical inspections of live work hot-sticks is a proof of laboratory’s quality system and its continuous improvement. Reliable testing and measurements reduce production costs, products flaws, increase innovation processes, help in deciding and risk assessments and give operators one component of safety in live work. Accreditation proves competences for performance of certain testing, measurement, certification or technical control/inspection such as defined in 4 standards that cover live work hot-sticks and tool attachments: EN 60855, EN 60832, EN 61235 and EN 62193. HEP NOC HV testing laboratory applies the 100 kV/30 cm, 50 Hz using test table constructed in order to respect dielectric test requirements defined in standards mentioned above. HV laboratory is continuously monitored and periodically audited under internationally adopted rules by Croatian Accreditation agency (HAA).
