Porovnanie pevnostanych a deformačnych charakteristyk plechov použivanych v automobilovom priemysle
The contribution compares the strenght and deformation characteristics of steel used in automobile bodywork. The object of our investigation, the automotive IF steel sheets and the DP steel notched U and V. Dependence between the increment of deformation and hardness HV 10 has been found. The experiment was carried out by tensile tests. Increments deformations were detected videoextensometric scanning techniques using CCD cameras. The result is deformation maps Matlab. Hardness HV 10 was measured at the places determing the deformation increments. We have obtained 3D maps by the measured hardness values. We found that with increasing values of deformation increments e<sub>y</sub> occurs in both steels a significant strain hardening.
