Features of structure formation in composite materials based on copper, produced by electron-beam method
Composite materials Cu-Mo, Cu-W were obtained from two crucibles by electron-beam evaporation and subsequent condensation in vacuum at a fixed substrate of Article 3 at 900 ± 30 ° C with a gradient of concentration of molybdenum and tungsten up to 50%. It is shown that composite materials characterized by a layered structure, whose formation depends on the concentration of components. Noted increase in corrosion resistance with increasing concentration of tungsten in the condensates Cu-W and its decline with increasing concentration of molybdenum in the systems Cu-Mo.
