ENG: Materials for electrical contacts used in switchgears are in service under extreme conditions of high temperatures, oxidizing media, electroerosive wear and some other unfavorable operational factors. The traditional methods of producing these materials exhaust their possibilities in terms of improving material performance properties, thus new production methods become topical, in particular, that ones, which are based on electron-beam technology. The production technology for the layered metallic composite materials (CM) for electrical contacts based on copper, chromium and tungsten using electron- beam evaporation-condensation of the components on the metallic substrate is described. The main advantages of the electron-beam technology and of the obtained CM of new generation have been shown. The structure, electrical conductivity, hardness and mechanical properties of CM of the Cu-Cr and Cu-W systems over a wide range of temperatures depending on the composition and technological factors have been investigated. The most efficient structure and content of the condensers in terms of their practical use have been determined. The book is intended for use by material engineers and production engineers who specialize in the field of development and production of new electro-contact materials. RUS: Materiali dlja električeskih kontaktov komutacionoj aparaturi rabotajut v ekstremalnih usloviah vozdejstva visokih temperatur, okislitelnih sred, elektroerozionovo iznosa i drugih neblagoprijatnih faktorov. Tradicionie metodi polučenija danih materialov isčerpali svoi vozmožnosti s točki zrenija povišenija ih služebnih svojstv, po etomu aktualjnie novie metodi proizvodstva, v častnosti osnovanie na elektrono-lučevih tehnologijah. Opisani tehnologija proizvodstva sloistih metaličeskih kompozicionih materialov (KM) dlja električeskih kontaktov na osnove medi, hroma i volframa putem elektrono-lučevovo isparenija-kondenzacii komponentov na staljnuju podkladku. Pokazani osnovnie dostoinstva elektrono-lučevoj tehnologii i polučenih KM novovo pokolenija. Isledovani struktura, elektro-provodnost, tverdost, i mehaničeskie svojstva KM sistem Cu- Cr i Cu-W v širokom diapazone temperatur v zavisimosti ot sostava i tehnologičeskih faktorov. Opredeljeni naibole racionalnie struktura i sostav kondenzatov s točki zrenija ih praktičeskovo ispolzovanija. Kniga prednaznačena dlja učenih-materialovedov i tehnologov, rabotajušćih v oblasti sozdanija i proizvodstva novih elektrokontaktnih materialov.
