Roman gems with engraved inscriptions from the glyptic collection of the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb

Within the glyptic collection of Archaeological museum in Zagreb, which has some 400 Roman gems, there is a small group of nine gems engraved with Latin inscriptions. These gems belong to stray finds acquired by the Museum at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. They belong to the Roman production of the Imperial period (1st-3rd century AD).
