Analyticaly orienting group with psychotic person in good remision 3 Femail group of bereaved mothers 4.Analyticaly oriented femail group homogenous by gender and heterogenous by diseases ( most of it suffer from depresia and structral disorders..) 5.Analyticaly oriented group heterogenous by gender and by disorders 6. Medium group of PTSD – in formation – setting one session pro monat 7.Analytical group psihotherpy with frequntion of sessons one pro week 8. Analyticaf group psychotherapy with frequention of sessions two time pro week Theoretical introduction: In all kind of group psychotherapy we have the setting and basic concepts (cohesion and coherence ; group matrix and grup-as –a-whole).. Foulkes put in the center of group analysis the communication through horizontal (relationsip with others: mirroring, feedback, exchange and activation of colective unconscious – condensation) and vertical (–deeper to our self: current, transference projective and primordial) dimensions. Four horisontal and four vertical dimensions together make the optimal number of group members (8). Conclusion The group psychotherapy like an„group ear“for mirroring and feedbackin in an emotional and empatycal climate, with it horisontal and vertical communications is an optimal therapeutic medium for many psychatric disorders. We believe that today the group psychotherapy could be optimnal for patients and for society. It is good enough and less expensive than individual psychoterapy. The basic condition for good enough therapeutic outcomme is the good enough education.
