Interactive effects of organizational, supervisory and peer justice climate
This study aimed to examine the interactive effects of organizational, supervisory and peer justice climate on teams’ work engagement and performance. The data collected from 196 work teams were analyzed by using polynomial regression analysis combined with response surface methodology, while controlling the effects of teams’ characteristics. The results indicate the importance of the congruence between justice climates in the organizational context for predicting measured team-level outcomes. The crucial source of justice climate for predicting both outcomes were peers.
