The different methods of training of sports horses
Training of sports horses is reaching the set goal in particular equestrian sports. Different authors describe training differently: as a way of achieving and maintaining sports condition, by preserving the physical and mental health of the horse. To make the training in accordance with the physical and psychological predispositions of horses, it is necessary to monitor certain parameters. Options for monitoring training progress are large thus allowing the rational utilisation of horses. The base of training is progress in condition of sport horses and at the same time maintains mental and physical condition, health and longevity in the sport and in further use. The main parameter which is very easy to measure and monitor and gives an insight into the current state of the horse organism during rest and exertion is triad (respiratory rate, heart rate, body temperature). Today's market offers devices for continuous monitoring these values, their statistical analysis, and results by more accurate current state of horse health. Men training horse is irreplaceable, but there are a number of devices that help the training and achievement of sports results, for example, treadmills, walkers, swimming pools, Kurt Equine Training System, sensors for hooves and saddles, etc.Using these devices in trainings allows convenient utilisation of horses wich is in accordance with genetic predispositions, and guarantees longevity in particular equestrian sports.
