Family Production and Consumption of Wine and New Forms of Tourism

In this paper I highlight the economic and political dimensions of the family production of alcoholic beverage, which will provide an opportunity to also look at alcoholic beverage production as an expression of local and regional identities. Specifically, I consider the culture of production and consumption of wine through the prism of the development of tourism and especially some of new forms of tourism that are based on traditional heritage.
