Crime of Aggression and National Law: Croatia

This article analyses the evolution of the crime of aggression as a specific offence in Croatian criminal law. It focuses on the new definition, which is clearly modeled after the definition adopted in 2010 at the Review Conference of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. Still, Croatian definition of this crime retains some of the peculiarities of the earlier definitions, which the authors explain in detail.
