Psychically Stress Like "Trigger" in Onset of Psoriasis. Comparative Study
he reseearch has been conducted among two group of psoriatics: I. The first group were 102 psoriatics aged 16-80. II. The second group were 90 psoriatics aged 0-15. The aim of this investigation were: 1/ to establish the most frequently provokoing "triger" factors in onset of disease; 2/ the relation among clinical-morphological types of psoriasis and "trigger" factors and 3/ familial frequency of disease in investigated patterns. The results and conclusions are following; ad 1/ Among 102 psoriatics aged 16-80 the most frequently observed "trigger" factors in onset of disease have been psychically factors (72.54%), inflammatory focus (11.76%) and physically injury (10.70%). ad 2/ The relation between clinical-morphological type of psoriasis and provoking factors in onset of disease has been as following; - psychically factors as "trigger" are responsible in psoriasis vulgaris (79.38%), psoriasis guttata (19.28%), psoriasis arthropathica (0.98%); - inflammatory focus is responsible in psoriasis guttata (21.05%), psoriasis arthropathica (1.94%) and psoriasis pustulosa (1.85%); and physically injury as "trigger" is responsible in psoriasis vulgaris (10.12%) and psoriasis guttata (3.90%). ad 3/ Familial frequency of disease among pattern amounts 32.35%.
