Sažetak:
In order to predict the process parameters for the manufacturing of the hollow tinplate lids the computer simulation of the forming process was done. Needs for the exact present of process are higher with the development of modern and intelligent manufacturing systems. The simulation enables real process to substitute for numerical model so the procedure of analysis and examining could be faster and cheaper than on the manufacturing process. The FEM analysis applying ABAQUS 6.4. code as well as experimental analysis have been used in order to predict the influences of wall thickness and lubrication on process parameters and estimate their influence on reduction process force and energy. The accuracy of the numerical results is confirmed through the comparison with the experimental ones.
