Sažetak:
Needs for the cheaper energy solving of processes are higher, therefore numerical modeling and simulation of process were performed. It is useful to perform the numerical simulation of the energy consumption of production process on computer before expensive real manufacturing process. In this way, energy consumption in process can be made at the start stage of production, before tools and process parameters are set. The numerical simulation and analysis were performed using Abaqus 6.4-1.software. Numerical modeling and experimental investigations of determined processes were performed according to the active experimental design applying in the modeling and adaptive control in the processes with more variables.
