Sažetak:
Large water-tube boilers which act within energy power stations are, usually, hung on steal construction or supported on distributor chambers. In case of A.S.A. Incineration Zistersdorf waste heat boiler, supports are placed on sideward membrane walls. After two years of boiler work, an analytical strength calculation of membrane wall in zone of two critical supports was done. In calculation, the project data for loads were applied. Calculation has shown that the overload of membrane wall was occurred. Due to more detail determination of membrane wall bearing capacity condition, it was needed to make detail researches. By finite elements method, calculations of stress and deformation were done. In critical spots, the nondestructive testing was done. Determination of surface cracks was done by means of magnetic powder. Structure impress were analyzed according to VGB Richtlinie TW 507/2005. The condition of degradation of membrane wall pipes material due to exposure to creep was evaluated. After done researches it was determined that the load caused by fouling layer on membrane walls is multiple smaller in relation to project one. It is determined that, in reality, the overload which could cause plastic deformation of membrane wall pipes in supports critical zone was not occurred.
